The Online and Blended Teaching Readiness Assessment (OBTRA) was developed to assess the perceptions and competencies of instructors undertaking the move to online teaching. The OBTRA continues to serve as a valuable tool throughout the rapid shift to remote teaching in response to COVID-19 (assisting 200+ instructors) and was subsequently published in the peer-reviewed journal, Frontiers in Education (3,000+ views).

A complete overhaul of a University's student ratings of instruction (SRI) system and question framework from the initial research, task force proposal, and RFP to the implementation of an enterprise solution including setup, usability testing, training, and deployment. This lead to an exceptionally successful integration across 20+ faculties, 100+ programs, 5,000+ instructors, and 30,000+ students, saving untold finances and resources for the University, and providing an incredibly powerful and robust modern SRI system.
